Very willing to talk you through small issues to be sure you have covered all your own bases before having them come out. They have always had needed parts in stock for my 20-year-old tub. Thanks for everything over the years.

- TATiffany abrahamAug 25, 20252.0Bought a brand new hot tub and spent $20,000 -Had problems with the lines, they were hissing while it was brand new (were told it would go away with time, it didn’t. -salesman did not disclose that the hot tub and insulation was previously cut into before we purchased. -pump stopped working, maintenance guy had to reschedule due to our dogs roaming the house and not being in their kennel, the receptionist was quite snooty about the rescheduling (even though it was not disclosed that inside the house would need to be accessed while we are at work- did not appreciate the attitude towards my husband) the maintenance guy had no problem with rescheduling -the encounters that we have had with the maintenance men were quite pleasant, they are the only reason as to why this review isn’t 1 star -the salesman we had bought the hot tub off, will not return phone calls or texts
