  We purchased a house with a hot tub and had absolutely no idea where to start. Susan was a guiding star; helping us with every bump along the way (and there were a few). Very knowledgeable and friendly!

  Very nice people to deal with. Helpful for a do-it-yourself fix but prepared to do the job for you as well. Very willing to talk you through small issues to be sure you have covered all your own bases before having them come out. They have always had needed parts in stock for my 20-year-old tub. Thanks for everything over the years.

  We have owned a number of hot tubs and by far jacuzzi surpasses all the others quality. We bought a house with a new jacuzzi and Eden Spa has been so helpful and amazing. These hot tubs are low maintenance but high quality. Definitely recommend buying a tub from Eden.
