Jen (I believe this was her name), our sales rep, was incredible. Warm, patient, and unfazed by all my weird, nuanced questions 😅. She took the time to really understand our needs and made sure we were perfectly set up with our new washer and dryer. Peter, the installer, was next-level. Our laundry space was tight and tricky, and he and his associate handled it like absolute pros. Creative, careful, and clearly proud of their work — the install was flawless (they went the extra 10 miles in my opinion to make it happen and not give up-which would have been a renovation nightmare for me - HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU). And Monika deserves a special shout-out for going above and beyond to help us get a fridge warranty sorted out. No runaround — just real help and follow-through. What stood out most was how valued I felt as a customer. It’s not often a big corporation delivers this level of care and personalization, but this team truly did. Add in competitive pricing that beat every other retailer I contacted, and the choice was easy. To whoever owns or leads this location — whether local or corporate — if you’re reading this, please give these folks a raise or a bonus. Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
