Worst experience EVER! Told a 3 hour window for delivery, even double checked with the store as the ‘tracker’ showed no movement 1 1/2 hours into the 11:30-2:30 3 hour timeframe, was told no issues. The end time came and went and was called by the delivery team at 3:00 saying they would arrive between 3:30 and 4:00. I told them we had to leave the house at 4:30 for an appointment. No show by 4:30. At 4:55 I get a call saying they arrived - 2 1/2 hours AFTER the 3 hour window. Bloody ridiculous. So no delivery and wasted a whole day waiting for it. Got a refund and will NEVER shop at the Brick again.

Had some issues with a code showing up online but not in the store however I held my ground and eventually the store was able to find the code and match the price I had online. Delivery was a 3 hour window and went very smoothly.

Don’t recommend buying from here ordered an appliance waited nearly 3 months for it went to Home Depot for my next appliance experience was flawlessly came within a week and I got a better deal on it even though I already ordered from the brick before and home depot delivery fee and haul away service is cheaper save your time and money of having to deal with sleazy sales men and go to home depot or anywhere else for your next purchase

Cheryl at the Pitt Meadows location was awesome. She went above and beyond to get me the best prices for the couch, coffee table and carpet I purchased. She knew her stuff and also made sure she gave me valid information - double checking with other departments when need be. I haven't received my items yet but wanted to give Cheryl a shout out.
Edit - the movers had to come down several stairs with a heavy couch and brought it inside my living room. Much appreciated 👍

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had purchasing a washer and dryer set with this location in October 2025. Not only was the whole experience rushed, but I also felt extremely pressured by sales associate Sazimet S as she kept following us around the store and pressuring us to commit to sale. Sazimet was zero help when it came to explaining the different functions of the machines I was debating between, as she clearly knew nothing about the appliances she was selling, but continued to bring up financing options on the Brick credit card regardless of how many times I told her I would not be signing up for the Brick credit card. It was insane and frustrating the amount of times we had to tell her to stop bringing up financing options and credit cards when we’d ask a question about the washer I was looking at. When it came time to do the sale, Sazimet insisted I purchase the Bricks $300 extended warranty, which I expressed multiple times I didn’t want, but in the end took because of how persistent she was (extra commission for her).
The most disappointing part of my experience was that Sazimet failed take the time to thoroughly explain the Brick’s return policy to us. We were under the impression that we had 90 days to return or exchange our washer and dryer but found out after the sale was complete that the Bricks 90 day Satisfaction Guarantee return policy doesn’t cover appliances, furniture or electronics, this was NOT communicated to us. Had Sazimet explained the return policy, I would NOT have purchased that night. I was shocked to find out I was unable to return my machines when I contacted them to return. It’s insane that the Brick can’t guarantee customer satisfaction to people giving them thousands of dollars. Not even an option to exchange the machines for something else, ridiculous.
Further, the delivery was a nightmare. Two young inexperienced men came to my house and rushed the install process. They were annoyed that we had not gotten the machines ready for them prior to them arriving; however, we specifically asked Sazimet if we should pull the machines out for them and she said no. Because of how fast they were trying to get the job done, the men dumped water that we let them know was stuck in my old broken machine all over my kitchen floor, dented the back of my new machines and smashing my old machines in my front door frame in the process. They also never installed the machines fully into the closet. My boyfriend had to spend over an hour installing the machines properly. When I contacted the Brick about my experience, I was not offered any sort of compensation this. The very LEAST they could have done is refund the $89.95 delivery fee, but they’ve made it clear they don’t care about customer satisfaction.
For these reasons I will not be purchasing from the Brick again and encourage anyone reading this to think twice before giving them your money.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
