With company these days being all about the dollar and maximizing profits, it felt very strange that The brick store in Pitt Meadows did not hesitate whatsoever when a tough scenario came up.
Through the course of getting a chair replaced which was extremely important to an elderly person I had dealt with four different staff members to various degrees. Each and every one of them was friendly understanding and went well beyond what I'd expected.
I've been buying various furniture from this brick location for about 15 years now. This is the first time I've had a defect in any way and I'm absolutely stunned with how well and how aggressively they approached this issue in order to have it rectified.
These guys are rock stars.

With a little grunting and groaning and a bit of disappointment that there was a little more work involved it is in an installed. It would have been nice if they spent just a couple more minutes and set the feet on the washer dryer so it went into the area level. I have to now pull it out of the closet to set the level on it and put it back in. If two more minutes was spent leveling the feet before it went into the hole level would have went a long way.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at this branch.
The delivery was very late, the staff were uncoordinated, and there was a clear lack of awareness regarding clients and orders.
Despite charging extra fees, the delivery time was not respected at all. Even after multiple follow-up calls, nothing was properly tracked or handled.
In my opinion, this is the weakest branch.
This will definitely be my last time ordering from this location and also Bricks .

We purchased our furniture from here and we are truly very satisfied. The quality of everything was excellent and exactly what we were looking for.
Ms. Faranak helped us so much throughout the process — she was incredibly kind, patient, and guided us very well in choosing the right items. Her support made the whole experience easy and pleasant.
Overall, everything was great and we are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommended!

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
