The movers were quick and experienced but refused, at first, to take away the old bedding. This was already paid for by myself so l was quite upset. In the end, however, they took it and were very kind to me, a disabled person.

Nice guys, all set up for me! My only issue with The Brick (totally) different issue. When getting extended warranty, NO ONE told me you had to spend $400 to get the warranty credit. I was given no information, no pamphlet, NOTHING. I HAVE 2 more warranties coming up on Feb 2026, $229 and May 2026 for $399. So I will have to spend $800 plus taxes etc to get the warranty money credited. So will, I’m sure have a balance of $350.00 if not more to pay off. Not great customer service on their part. I guess it was too good to be true.

Do NOT BUY from THE BRICK - Poor Product and Worse Service!
I’m writing this review to share my disappointing experience with The Brick. Last year, I purchased from Pitt Meadows branch, all my furniture for my new house, including a king-size mattress (model Beauty Style) and I was assured by the sales lady that it was their firmest and best mattress, backed by a 10-12 year warranty.
She promised that if anything went wrong, like sagging over time, they would take care of it and replace or refund me. Unfortunately, when I recently reached out because the mattress did indeed start sagging on both side, I got the complete runaround.
The manager is hiding and wouldn’t speak with me, and the salesperson essentially told me they “don’t deal with” such issues. It’s clear that the customer service and warranty promises are just empty words.
At one time, The Brick might have been a trusted name, but based on this experience, I strongly advise anyone to avoid buying from The Brick. They do not stand by their products or their word. I will probably seek legal help or a small claim court.

Can't say enough about the deals we received. We bought a LOT of new furniture during a sale in August and they kept getting us better deals than the sales somehow. Then we went to pay for everything at once, and they called us back the next day to give us about a 10% refund because they figured out a way to give us an even better deal. Everything was delivered fine, but there was one issue with a piece of mechanics, but someone called us the next day to schedule a repair. Very impressed

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
