    Rona was bleak. It looked dark inside and to few staff that were able to assit. You can tell Rona has been sold to an American company.

    Bought a lawnmower from Rona a month ago. The drive quit working so i took it to a small motors shop and they said the gearbox/transmission was done. Took it back to Rona to return, walked in and was told that i had to bring the mower in, so I went to the truck and brought it in with the receipt. Then rolled it in and was met with a manager who told me they dont return gas mowers, that i had to deal with Craftsman directly. Thanks guys. Was not told this when i bought the motor. Asked "ok so what do i do with the motor?" and was met with a shoulder shrug. Now im without a motor for however long it takes to go through Craftsman. Long story short... if your gas motor kicks the bucket - customer service doesnt care. You gotta deal with it yourself. Heres your warning because you probably wont get it from Rona.

    This store is disorganized and the staff is poorly trained. There has been more than 1 occasion where they are unable to find the products the are selling. Rather than assist you and go look for the product they tell you go shop online. After bringing this to the attention of the corporate office you'd think there would be some urgency to resolve or make things right. The resolution was in their benefit not mine so I will take my business elsewhere. Edit - Once again put it back on the customer, I provided my name, email, and phone number through the website. How about YOU reach out to me?
