    My PREGNANT wife and her father purchased some garden items here for delivery - some large plants, and other heavy items that a pregnant woman should not be lifting on her own, and as I was away on a business trip. They took great effort to specify with the staff a certain time for delivery (she teach students at home) - and that it needed to be delivered up to our suite ( we live in an apartment) needless to say the item came FOUR HOURS EARLY and the delivery driver REFUSED to deliver upstairs, offering the excuse that he 'wasn't covered'. This is despite my wife being VISIBLY PREGNANT. I know for a fact Home Depot delivery will deliver items inside the home, so that is who we will be dealing with from now on. Absolutely disgraceful service.

    I called to check and see if an item was in stock. I went through the directory, selected flooring department, no answer. I was then redirected back to customer service. The lady I spoke to was very rude, refused to take the item # and check to see if it is in stock. Instead she redirected me back to flooring, again no answer. So I called customer service back, now she refuses to answer my call. I guess then Rona North Vancouver doesn't want my business? Finally got through after two hours. The manager at this location needs to be fired ASAP, extremely unprofessional and rude!

    Excellent! We had the best helper. He ran all over the store looking for all the things we need and gave the best assistance.

    Horrible store, came in looking for at least 10 different things they might have had 5 of the 10 things I was looking for. And the prices are way more then a home depo. Some staff were helpful while other staff were extremely rude. Some departments were a total mess. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD

    Guaranteed disappointment. Whatever it if you need today, they don’t have it. Feel like wandering around, lost, wasting your time? This is the place for you. Cluttered isles, unorganized inventory. It feels like shopping at your hoarder friends garage. Ask for help? They’ll either point you in the direction of your wild goose hunt or join you on it. Only until you end up with a buddy looking for someone who may know where the item they’ve run out of should be. Not once have I been here and not said “I should have sat in bridge traffic instead” “I should have gone to Home Depot” “I wish this was a Home Depot” “maybe I should have gone to any other Rona”. Why does the hardware store down the street need to suck, so friggen bad
