This place is ridiculous !!! Went for an estimate for a bath tub replacement. Against my better judgment paid $145, telling myself it will bring better service quality. WRONG. Their subcontractor was prompt and came in decent time. After that crickets. Called multiple times and was promised " in half an hour " " so sorry " even by a manager but days and days from Feb 5 still NOTHING. If this is how the handle quotations, what happens when the have to manage the job. SCARY. Steer clear. Their competitor sent me a quote in 30 mins after a FREE visit for quotation. And this is 2026!!!!

Came in here on the evening of January 15th at 7 p m and had the WORST customer service I have ever had. The cashier was from the start, went out of her way to be incredibly rude, unhelpful, and obviously just hated her job and being there . I have been in the service industry myself for 35+ years and have never treated someone as awful. I will never set foot in this store again and will be forwarding my story / complaint to corporate office as even as I write this 2 days later , can't believe how horrible I was treated.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would…
It is amusing to me how with every negative review there is a stock, boilerplate response along the lines of “we are sorry for your experience we are better than that please call this number so we can rectify the issue blah blah” yet they don’t hire competent staff nor do they stock the store any more adequately or do anything meaningful to address these customer complaints.
I have never had a good experience at this particular location and my belief is the management and staff simply are incompetent people who don’t understand the first thing when it comes to customer service which is *wait for it* CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have been left waiting while said staff do their best to ignore me and when I have received help it is inadequate, poorly executed and delivered with indifference or attitude.
Unless you know exactly what you need and where exactly to find it, I would advise anybody with spending power to avoid this store. Put simply, the people of the north shore would be better served if this location closed down.

How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name

NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.

Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
