    If I could leave a zero star review, I would… It is amusing to me how with every negative review there is a stock, boilerplate response along the lines of “we are sorry for your experience we are better than that please call this number so we can rectify the issue blah blah” yet they don’t hire competent staff nor do they stock the store any more adequately or do anything meaningful to address these customer complaints. I have never had a good experience at this particular location and my belief is the management and staff simply are incompetent people who don’t understand the first thing when it comes to customer service which is *wait for it* CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been left waiting while said staff do their best to ignore me and when I have received help it is inadequate, poorly executed and delivered with indifference or attitude. Unless you know exactly what you need and where exactly to find it, I would advise anybody with spending power to avoid this store. Put simply, the people of the north shore would be better served if this location closed down.

    It's the second time I wasted my time going there because the website( and their internal inventory system too) said they had the product available and no one was able to find it. Maybe it's time to hire someone who knows how to run an inventory. Edit: There's no way to reply so I'm editing... Of course I'll waste more time calling a 1-800, just keep waiting for it. I already bought the same product on Amazon and it was already delivered.

    I went here to purchase a small item indicated to be present on the Rona website. Neither I nor a staff member could locate the item. My annoyance was made worse by the staff’s overall indifference to my obvious dissatisfaction, and the lack of any recognition that I have had my time wasted. I know I would find the item at HD, but am attempting to shop Canadian. Wake up RONA, you need to do better!!!

    I spent more than 20 minutes to find a product and no chance. Website said that they have them on aisle 34 whereas the store have only 31 aisle , that is ok, but there were no one even ask. So if you don’t have enough staff then close your store instead of wasting people time.
