    Great variety of all products. The staff are helpful and spread out throughout the store in case you need help. There was a bit of a discrepancy between the website and the current stock, but besides that all good things.

    I have been a North shore resident for years and shopped here many times due to convince. That being said, the service here is always horrible. Dumb policies regarding returns needing hard copy receipts, in 2025, a policy clearly 40 years old and no longer relevant other than to frustrate customers when all I need is a phone number at other stores. And grumpy service from almost every employee company wide.

    Stopped by the North Vancouver Rona Beachcomber section to pick up a Brome Tote and a few other items. We had the exact shopping list from Beachcomber and were ready to buy. Instead, we were told by Craig that we couldn’t access the in-store discount unless we came back on a weekday to speak with the “official” person in charge, Mark, who wasn’t there that day. Craig - who was completely uninformed - called Mark who explained that before we could get the discount, we’d need to schedule and complete a 30-minute conversation with him to “get into their program.” It felt like an unnecessary barrier and a very odd requirement just to make a purchase. We had driven in from downtown specifically to shop there, so being told to come back another day — after making the trip — wasn’t a great customer experience. Ironically, the checkout clerk gave us the discount immediately without any issues, which highlighted how needless the whole runaround was. We left with the items we needed, but the sales approach made a straightforward purchase far more adversarial and complicated than it needed to be.
