Bought a mattress from here and absolutely disliked every part of it. My sales associate Greg immediately made the conversation uncomfortable when we said we were looking for a double mattress and he asked “now do you mean full or double” knowing full well they are the same thing. I don’t know if he was trying to gain a knowledge upper hand to feel superior or make himself seem like a better sales person but it through both me and my mom off. Once we got through that awful moment he kind of just lazily showed us mattresses based on what I said I was looking for. Just felt like he was lurking around not doing much. I finally sent him away so I could actually focus on the mattresses and ended up finding a mattress that was perfect that Greg had walked past 4 times and not shown me. After the mattress was picked we put the order in and that was fine, certainly not quick. We were given a pickup date of April 16th. We waited until the 17th to pick it up because we had not received a notification that it had been delivered. It was not there. We were told we would be notified when it was at the store. It is now April 23rd and we just had to phone the store because it’s been dead silent. Only to find out when we called that they do not have the order history on any of our accounts for said mattress. Waiting to hear back now but absolutely awful experience. I just want the mattress we ALREADY PAID FOR.

I needed to buy an adjustable bed. I had a budget but I knew nothing of adjustable beds. Instead of using his knowledge of the bed, the salesman focused on what I said i could afford. After the frame was chosen he picked a mattress priced to fit into my budget. After two weeks of using the bed, I hated it. I couldn’t sleep on it. It developed ridges and was lumpy. I called customer support to complain. When I explained my issue, the salesman said it was the mattress- it was not a good enough quality for an adjustable frame!! Why didn’t he point that out strongly before he let me buy a bed I was never going to be comfortable in? They agreed to exchange the mattress and I ended up paying an extra $899 over original cost. The new mattress behaves in a different way. I will need time to adjust but I think it will be good. Thank you Thr Brick for solving my problem.

I wish I could remember the lady I spoke to - she gave me her cell number so I could reach out to her directly as calling the store was getting painful. She helped me with a credit & recharge on a different account (Flexi?) and then followed up with me to make sure it all worked out. She made up with customer service after a long wait for our washing machine. The delivery team was also very friendly & helpful. Thank you all that were involved.

Right from start to end our experience was great. We were offered a return on our sofa as we waited six months for The Brick to get parts to repair it, and the parts were unavailable.
We had no problem with the handling of the paperwork on sofa and warranty.
We had the best salesperson we have ever had. His name was Edward (Hong). He was very patient with our decision on purchasing a new sofa. He offered add ons such as coffee tables, lamps and warranty, etc.
We were very impressed that we were offered a few different days on delivery, all under a week.
When the driver and two delivery guys came to deliver, we were very impressive, as we live in a condo and the truck driver was amazing to back into the space he had to get into. The transition from the truck to our third floor condo was very professional. The three worked in unison with each other, and had the old sofa removed and the new very large sectional set up in place. We soon realized that it is too large for our place and does not have the right configuration. The guys removed one section of the sofa to make it smaller, and took that back with them, but unfortunately the sectional is too large for our condo and we will have to return it and select another one smaller. We received a call last night to see if we received everything okay, and told her our story and she said she would have all the paperwork in order so we can start all over once again with the salesmen.
I love The Brick, and this experience did not disappoint us. Everyone involved in this transaction deserves 5 stars. Well done everyone!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
