Thier delivery guys are great but the dealing with the store is worse than buying used cars. The sales management in the store is brutal. It is like buying a used car with the sideways talk and sleazy upscale and hidden info. I purchased over 10k in product and was expected to build it myself like I was at IKEA. They told me one delivery date when I paid for it then called back later with multiple delivery dates. They promise one thing and deliver another. The upsale and sideways talk is so unprofessional.

Edward and Pam were so wonderful 💗 💖 I had the BEST experience shopping. Had a budget and they kept me within it. They have the best deals in all of Nanaimo!! Loads of beautiful furniture and appliances tons on clearance with nothing wrong or damaged just discontinued. Great deals there. They will price match any other store. I got a smoking hot deal on a new gorgeous fridge and new mattress. Extremely happy!!! I've been looking for years for a good deal on a stainless steel fridge. Even worked at Rona to try and get a better price but no Bueno. Rona sucks rocks. They gave me so many little extra things at the Brick. Plus they listened and paid attention to me as a customer. Really thrilled. Thank you!!!!!

Nice store. Narinder was very helpful and attentive to our needs and helped us decide the right fit for us. We purchased a new mattress and it was delivered with ease. They also took the old mattress (for $15).
My only complaint has to do with logistics, originally we were quoted our delivery would be a week later, but it ended up being two weeks. I didn’t know we’d receive a confirmation email two days before so we were missing some key info there. Would have been good to know that before taking the day off work to take down the old bed and bed frame, and receive the delivery, or lack of delivery in this case.
We also found the mattress quite a bit firmer than the floor model, which made sense in hindsight sight!
Overall we’re happy with the purchase minus the mistake of the systematic side and/or our expectations due to incorrect info transmission from the customer service side of things.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
