    Love seat is exactly what I wanted. The delivery team kept me updated and when they arrived they were amazing. Very respectful and courteous, I couldn’t be more pleased.

    Great service right from the beginning! The saleswomen who helped us was energetic and extremely helpful. We did have a mishap with an incorrect pick-up date, but was quickly rectified by management. They delivered our mattress a few days later and even took our old one away. Their online tracking system is super convenient. And the men delivering were kind and very pleasant even after their long day of work. Thank you for a good experience!

    Sales and delivery persons were excellent in all ways. Product seems well made and durable…we will see. Sale price was attractive. Sofa is comfortable. Delivery was made as expected and ability to track as well as notification was helpful. Thank you.

    Super bummed with my parents experience here, we bought couches oct 15th and they said the beginning of November, and now we have a 2 month wait to get their couches mid December. They were told and promised to be able to leave with their couches, they live in a remote community of Bella Bella, & it’s always a worry on trying to get stuff home. We tried to ask them to compensate paying getting these couches home for them, they have no compassion, & said no instantly and they that wouldn’t be making any money.. if I were you I would look somewhere else that is helpful, and doesn’t lie to their customers.

    Angela was an awesome sales rep and knew what mattress would suit me the best and she was right my new mattress is a great fit for me. The delivery guys were very polite, got my old mattress bagged and out and then they brought in the new one, placed it on my platform and then were gone, very professional. Thank you all for the great service that I had at the Nanaimo Brick.
