I have no idea what is going on in the lumber yard. We drove in and waited patiently for assisstance while 2 staff appeared to be getting a pallet down with a forklift. We looked around for what we wanted, and after realizing the forklift exercise was clealry only training, we interupted because we needed forklift assistance, the employee seemed kind of confused. I had to remind the employee several times what I wanted over the course of about 3 minutes. He did find and load what we needed. We got to the gate to pay and there was a line of 4 cars. It took probably 20 minutes to get out. I think he was searching each vehicle for "extras". We had 9 bags of insulation in a truck, which is pretty obvious. Yet he had to jump up in the truck, walk on the sides of the bed, and scan each bag individually. We were so confused by the whole process. There has to be a better way.
