- SKSarbjit Kaur1 day ago2.0The store is ok - however Teri or Terri sure knows how to ruin a customers experience- she accused me of opening packages that I brushed up against while looking for a size. I told her that I did not open them and she said I was lying because she heard the tape coming off. It was a queen size product she accused me of opening. I was looking for something twin size -I told her that she was out of line talking to me that way, but then asked her for help finding a twin size and she rudely walked away abruptly ignoring me, I chased after and said, “hey The least you can do is do your job and come back and help me find what I’m looking for.” And she continued to ignore me and scurried off like an insect. . I was triggered, but I was also very amused by her at the same time . I don’t come into the store very often and I always find I either have an extremely incredibly amazing customer service experience or total crap one or the other every time you do have some incredible staff I do have to say, but Terry is not one of them.

He has helped us on so many occasions everytime we feel more confident in our purchase because of him. He has gone out of his way everytime to ensure we find a product that's best fits our budget and needs from bed spread to shower curtains, measuring desks and combining bedside tables to make the perfect peice for our living situation. Bill is not only extremely knowledgeable and personable, he is fueled by the happiness that comes from knowing you made the right choice. The whole team's is fantastic but Bill is your man when you need to talk through your goals and make the perfect purchase for you. Thank you Jysk Nanaimo, I'm sure you will see us again soon!!
