Disappointed by the discontinuation of carrying horse tack and equine supplies, will be doing all my farm shopping in chilliwack now due to no places in mission being equipped for a one stop shop for equine needs

I drive out from Surrey regularly to check out the horse/farm section and always find something things I need or want. When I'm there I also pick up other stuff from the hardware section that I need. This is the only store in the area that I can find quality draft sized items. I heard they are closing this section and I am so disappointed to hear that! This is one of my favorite places to shop for horse stuff and if they stop having the farm section, I know I won't be visiting this store anymore.

I’ve heard that this location is scaling back the farm section to remove horse tack & gear from the Mission location. We have a strong horse community in Mission and rely on these products. If we are forced to shop elsewhere we will likely be pick up our feed from other orations as well. Please keep the farm & horse supplies, gear and feed at this location. The farm & garden customer service is also amazing and appreciated at this location.

Learned today that owners/managers have decided to stop bringing in equine (horse) tack and other products. Honestly so sad to hear that us horse owners are losing the equine section of this Rona location. Now we will all have to take our business elsewhere and travel outside of Mission to purchase our items. Have spoken to several mission horse people today who are just as upset as I am as we all found ourselves regularly purchasing items from there that we will have to source elsewhere now. We are wishing management will reconsider!!

I drive from Abbotsford to get my feed and horse supplies at this Rona. I've heard that Rona will now not be carrying their tack and equipment and this is disheartening. Mission residence will now have to drive to either Maple ridge or Abbotsford to get what they need. Over the past few years, I've noticed a lack of care towards the feed department in Rona. Marci is the back bone of that department who really tried to keep people coming back to support the store but seemed to have no drive from anyone else. If the tack ect is taken away people will not come. Very disappointed in a store I've supported for years...

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
