I’ve dealt with this store since 1992. Three years ago I moved to south Langley. I still come here to get my feed … out of loyalty and so often things are out of stock!!!! Common stuff. Like chicken feed. What’s going on???! Marcy is great. Glad Rob is back. But whoever is doing the ordering needs to get their act together. Milner feeds is minutes away from where I live. Come on Rona. Do better. Don’t you want and need business????

I’ve been shopping at RONA in Mission for years, and it used to be the one-stop shop for absolutely everything a horse person or homeowner could need. From every colour of halter imaginable to every kind of brush, grooming tool, and all our feed needs — RONA was truly the go-to place for local equestrians. Lately, though, I’ve noticed quite a decline. I’ve gone in several times looking for specific items that used to always be in stock, only to leave empty-handed. It’s disappointing to see what was once such a well-stocked, reliable store becoming harder and harder to count on. As an active member of our local horse community, I’ve always supported RONA and even purchased prizes for our clubs and events through them — but unfortunately, this year I couldn’t, simply because they didn’t have everything I needed. I really hope to see RONA return to the great store it once was, because our community truly benefited from having that dependable, fully stocked one-stop shop.

I have been shopping at FVMS for about 5 years passing through town to a out of town cabin we've been building. Yesterday I was pleasantly impressed. I had a return ( bags of insulation ) . I drove up to the gate. The caucasian girl work said the lot guy was busy but said go inside and make your return so your not waiting around for the lot guy who was busy cutting lumber ( kuddos to her ) . When I came out to leave the lot guy checked my truck to make sure i returned the insulation and signed my receipt off. I was impressed by the profesionalism of these young workers. It's rare to see in todays society. Good work Rona Mission

My husband and I own and operate three businesses; masonry , residential renovations, and farming. We try to support local businesses in our community as much as possible and have shopped for 15 years at FVBS for ALL our supplies be it farming or construciton, it has been our one-stop-shop. But recently their feed store is lacking in feed selection or stock, and supplies such as tack etc. This is very concerning as Mission really does not have an alternative for feed supplies. Will local farmers and equestrians now have to take their farm business outside of Mission? For convenience , I may have to look at taking all my business purchasing elsewhere. I am really hoping that this not the case! Hoping FVBS management carefully considers the future of their feed store and the folks in their community.

I have had an account with FVBS for a very long time and the service has always been great. I’m not going to complain about staff or service issues, My issue is the horse tack and feed. It’s been very handy having this service. We have noticed the stock depleting. Please can you try to service the horse owners. The thought of having to shop in Cloverdale is an inconvenience. Thank you
