- ICIrene CFeb 21, 20262.0My husband just returned from Rona. Terrible customer service as usual. He purchased gyproc and not one person asked him if he needed help loading. Another customer kindly gave him a hand. Thank you to him. Last time we went, I inquired about a product and the guy said he didn't think they carried that, but there was no follow up, no looking on the website. Just a shrug and walk away. Another time, we purchased ceiling paint and asked to have the can shaken, but when we used it, the same day, it wasn't shaken at all. When we complained, they said nothing, no apologies, no nothing. As we live in Mission, we go to Rona fairly often to support local business, but pretty tired of supporting a business that doesn't seem to care about it's customers.

- ZAZee AliDec 13, 20251.0Very bad experience, as a contractor, I was trying to buy lots or drywall, plywood, 2×4s and other staff, no one was there to help, staff was pointing at the yard numbers.... but the product was not there l, they were miss placed, in north or south side or the yard. I would definitely won't recommend this guys. Homedepot alot better, good customer service. Never again at rona.

When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready.
