Very bad experience. Strongly suggest not to buy from this store. I ordered 4 items, and paid for the delivery fees, but they only delivered 3 items and asked me to pick that item from store. I am a little pissed off. But it’s OK. I called the store, the customer service told me I can pick it up this evening 5-6pm. I arrived at the store at 6pm. But they said they need the delivery truck back to store, and only with the paperwork from the truck driver, they can unlock that item. I understand your procedure. But can you guys call me to reschedule the pick up? Their service is too bad. Will never purchase anything from them.

We purchased our sectional sofa from here last week and had a fantastic experience! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. PK helped us as soon as we walked into the store, she was incredibly patient and really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to her help, we found the perfect piece for our home.

Extremely unprofessional service and a disappointing customer experience. My order arrived weeks later than the date they originally promised. On top of that, a couple of the dining chairs turned out to be defective after assembly. When I went back to the store for help, they refused to take responsibility and kept repeating that I reported the issue “after 48 hours,” even though I contacted them on third day. No one reminded about 48‑hour policy during the sale. Overall, zero support and no accountability.

Sunny was a wonderful Brick associate that helped us find the sectional couch and wash tower we were looking for. We never once felt pressured to make a decision. He would leave my wife and I be while we deliberated for as long as we wanted. It was time very much appreciated. And the choice we made was much easier because of the deal Sunny was willing to offer us. He did a great job throughout the process and I highly recommend asking for him by name at the Langley location.
We had two separate deliveries (the wash tower was available many weeks before the sectional was). The wash tower delivery was perfect. The guys were professional and very helpful.
The second crew that delivered our sectional required a little more coping. The lead was sure the sectional he was delivering would not fit through the doorway to its intended space in our home. He was polite and I believe he was trying to be helpful; to prevent my wife and I from getting stuck with a $3500 couch we can't use. But I also felt a little bit rushed and unable to make a choice comfortably. They left with our couch and I went back to the Langley showroom with my tape measure. I was sure that I could fit the sectional where it needed to go. For the second delivery attempt the next week, I told the same two-man crew to unpack the pieces in our garage and take away the packaging. My wife and I did the rest ourselves quite easily. Everything fit and we are loving the end result.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
