  I am hoping this review would resolve my frustration and a call back. If your looking for a quality product, yes precision will offer that but soon as the job is done you will not be able to get a hold of the company. Got my turf installed in 2020 and was thrilled with the result. Couple of years goes by few large divot appeared. Tried to reach out to precision for over 3 weeks and no one replied. I was able to get a hold of Shannon (I believe was the accountant?) she was able to schedule someone to come by to address the issues but missed a couple small spots which wasn’t bad at the time. Recently I been trying to contact precision but same experience, no call back after multiple calls and voice mails. I understand it’s no longer cover under warranty but I am asking to schedule the repair and a quote.

  I highly recommend Precision Greens for artificial turf. Shaun and Paul were fantastic to work with very responsive and informative. They came by a few times to clarify and answer our questions before we moved forward. During the process they kept us informed and responded quickly to any questions and scope adjustments. We did this in the winter so it was challenging to work around the weather systems but they still got it done as quickly as possible . We are extremely happy with the results -now our kids and (new) puppy have a clean beautiful yard to run around on all year . No more stress about the muddy yard during the rainy season (which is all year around here in Vancouver!!)

  Precision Green Fence . Great Product, Great Service. I have to say that Shawn, Mike and Shannon have been great from the initial start, installation, repair(not their fault) and all the communications in between.

  Do NOT buy precision greens at any cost. I have emailed them multiple times inquiring about install and their supposed 'recycling system' which clearly does not exist. They shed micro plastics everywhere that get into our water system. Please take it from me who has multiple friends who have this product it is so not worth it.

  Precision Greens was a fantastic company to deal with. They supply a top of the line product and offer service and installation to match. They reviewed through all of my different options and were informative in a manner that allowed me to understand everything clearly and make educated decisions.The quality of the product and after service care was spot on. As the saying goes "quality isn't expensive, it's priceless". I even had some challenges in regards to the design and installation that they helped me think through and even came up with some ideas that really worked and confirmed that I made the right decision going with a company that has so much experience. I can see why they are the leader in their industry and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great company at a great value offering exceptional service and experience.
