    The movers were professional and courteous. Only glitch was QC from Leon's forget to pack a power cord for one on the recliners. They emailed head office and said I could go pick it up. I don't believe I should have to as it was packaging screw-up. Leon's should sent me the power cord or have it dropped off.

    New mattress came with mattress protector, as said by the salesman, and the delivery team were very prompt, courteous, and installed the mattress on the bed with no problems. They even took your boots off. Good stuff.

    Dhurva provided excellent customer service. Very patient, great listener, very knowledgeable, provided great options that met our needs. He gave us a very positive experience and lasting impression of Leon's. Highly recommend him and we will be back to Leon's for other items for sure thanks to D! In fact, looking forward to our next visit soon!

    I’m very disappointed in Leon’s customer service. I bought a couch 6 months ago and it looks like I’ve had it for years. The piling is terrible and even though I bought a shaver and have used it twice it makes no difference. I live on my own so it is only me sitting on it and yet I have been told it is happening from normal use. I am 70 years old and have bought many couches and have never had this problem. Again, I am really disappointed and have been a good customer. Also below this review it says they want to look into this further. I haven’t been contacted by anyone and I don’t expect to be.

    Walked in on Sunday to look for a pull out sectional. Right when we walked in, an employee was on her phone sitting in the chairs by the door. “We close in 9 minutes”. Not a “hi” “welcome” “what can I help you find”. We walked around, before being approached yet again to tell us they were closing. We finished our loop and our daughter needed to use the washroom. I approach a man standing with an i-pad. “Excuse me, could you let me know where your washroom is?”. “In the back over there, we close in 5 minutes”. At this point, out of the 10 workers who were working, 3 of them told us they were closing and how many asked us if we needed help? None. The worst part? We found a couch we wanted to buy, but after that experience, we will never set foot in a Leon’s again.
