Rann was behind the counter and truly made the visit exceptional. He greeted me right away with a big smile and asked what I was moving and how much I needed to pack. He didn’t just point me to the shelves — he walked me through all the options, recommended the perfect sizes (I got several large 4-cube boxes, medium boxes, a bunch of heavy-duty packing tape, bubble wrap, and even a sturdy disc lock for my unit). Everything was good quality, reasonably priced, and conveniently available right there on-site — no need to run around to multiple stores!
