    Good experience. I ordered a sofa, chair and ottoman. Ordering through the website very easy. As it was a custom material order, the delivery date was estimated at 2 months when ordering. I received an order update early on, but had to inquire at the 2 month mark as to the status of the order. Some pieces were in but the sofa was delayed due to severe weather. However, they nicely offered to deliver the pieces that were in. Then, 3 weeks later, the sofa arrived. The tracking feature for deliveries is a game changer. I was able to plan my day around it. The delivery men were mostly skilled and efficient. I was concerned when one of them was opening the package with the sofa feet and they were crashing onto my end table. Thankfully there were no marks. Overall, I was happy with the service, despite the delay in receiving all the pieces.

    Ken D., was the most helpful person! They answered our questions and asked what we were looking for. As we looked around the store he would just point out things we had mentioned at couches as that is what we were looking for. Never felt pressured and talked to us like a real person. Would recommend him to anyone who is looking for any furniture, very knowledgeable and honest.

    Both installers did an excellent job setting up the sofa. They were fast, responsible, and handled the installation with care. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and they made sure everything was properly placed before leaving. Great service overall!

    What a bad experience. I purchased their top of the line couch (Matrix) with media built in. Its useless if you want to watch movies, delay to the Bluetooth causes a huge echo. Optical audio plug in to bypass this but was defective. Complained within the return window but they postponed past by scheduling a service tech to look at it. It was confirmed. The couch itself is not comfortable for big guy's after and hour or 2 of sitting. Wanted a return, was told I could return but was given the run around for 2 and a half weeks. After going in 3 times to confirm the return, they said no returns. They offered an exchange for something different and even though the new item was cheaper they would not refund the difference, in store credtid only. Yay, I have credit at a place I never want to do business with again. Don't shop here, shady and unhelpful.

    Well. I bought my couch here and the guys that delivered it were nice but they left all the trash from the couches in my house they didnt connect all the electrical they walked in my house with their shoes on and they were over 2 hours late from when the 3 hour gap was supposed to be. Both the people that worked at the store and the delivery drivers spoke in another language to each other which i dont appreciate but little benounced to them i know what they said thanks to my headphones that convert the conversation. Maybe keep that in mind next time you are making fun of people who are your customers. We bought the extended warrenty. Praying we wont have to use it. Wouldnt shop here again most likely only reason 2 stars and not 1 is because it is christmas. Would of been easier and cleaner if i went and got the couches myself which i wanted the to but the guy at the store said it was free delivery i just didnt know it would mean having to pick up all the trash out of my own house and sweep and mop my floors again like i had already done earlier that day! 4g for a couch and the corner area the head rests dont work on it but i dont even want to go back into the store at this point. Im going to have to but i dont want to. First piece of new furniture I have ever owned and i'm left feeling dissapointed
