Be prepared for rude service at this clearance center. I was looking at a TV and asked a simple question about its condition. The employee snapped at me, saying if I didn't want to buy it, I should leave and go somewhere else.
It was incredibly embarrassing to be spoken to like that, especially when I was ready to make a purchase. I will not be buying anything from here after that experience. Management, please address how your employees interact with customers. This is no way to run a business.

On November, 2025 I purchased an open-box Samsung washer/dryer hub from the Vancouver Best Buy Clearance Center. After three failed delivery/installation attempts and many calls with customer service, I had to return the product and have still received no meaningful support or goodwill from Best Buy.
First delivery (Metroplace): I followed Best Buy’s pre-delivery instructions, but the Metroplace team refused installation, saying I had not provided an extension drain hose, which had never been clearly communicated as my responsibility.
Second delivery (Best Buy team): I purchased the extension hose, but this team said it was not required. They discovered exposed copper wiring and a missing part on the dryer and, for safety reasons, could not install it. They contacted Best Buy, who agreed to order the missing part and schedule another visit. My old washer was removed during this visit. We also noticed new paint chips and a dent on the machine.
Third delivery (Metroplace): This team again noted the missing part. Even after confirming with Best Buy that the part would arrive, they refused to proceed due to risk. We then found several new dents on the machine. At this point I chose to return the unit.
For nearly two weeks I have had no working laundry machine, and I spent significant time arranging deliveries, taking time off, and calling different Best Buy departments, only to be passed back and forth between Home Delivery and the store with no resolution beyond a simple refund.

There are great deals. We’ve made multiple purchases and have saved hundreds of dollars. Sadly, the third party delivery company was terrible. Ruined the fridge they delivered, we rejected it, and damaged our home exterior.
