Walked in to The Brick, Langford to get a mattress and we were immediately greeted by Zack Kennedy. We said we wanted to browse the store first and when we got to the end (which was mattresses) Zack was right there to help as promised. His timeliness and professionalism was textbook and impeccable. Zack was knowledgeable and tactful in his approach. He naturally has great insight into what the customer is looking for without even asking for a dollar amount. He would make an incredible trainer for any sales staff he was able to ask all the right questions to recommend the right firmness and fit. Zack educated us in mattresses and quality and we wound up very happily and confidentially spending double what we had in mind with absolutely no regret because we knew that we had made the right choice based on our needs given the correct information we needed to make the best choice. Perfect approach and we will be returning to Zack in the future for our furniture and appliance needs.

We were there this morning to buy some furniture most of sales associates weren’t paying attention to us and they were mostly free we had to approach to customer service once we decided of product and were told they don’t carry any change if we pay by cash and forced to pay by card.

Staff were very helpful over the phone selecting a fridge. They communicated the night before regarding delivery time and arrived well within time frame. Delivery people were friendly and efficient. They took my old fridge away as well for a fee.

I was sceptical about the product quality at the brick but we found the perfect couch for us and decided to take it (Melrose Sofa).after ordering from the producer the sofa was delivered in the time frame promised and in perfect conditions.
We received great service from the sale associate, the product is perfect and of good quality, the price was fair and we received some discount too. I'm impressed and will definitely go back for future purchases.

We just purchased a washer and dryer set for the suite in our house. Our experience was excellent front beginning to end. We chose the brick because they had the appliances we wanted and a better warranty than we got when we bought our oven from another appliance store in Langford. The morning they came to deliver and install them I was provided with a page that showed how many deliveries were before us, where they were and they called just before coming to the house. Installation was quick and efficient. Thank you!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
