Rona is a gong show! Every time we try order online, it ends up being a nightmare. We ordered a long list of items to pick up (they showed was in stock), and when we got there, most were not. It was a mess getting credited for those items we had already paid for. If you are RONA PRO, special discounts and coupons advertised in emails evaporate when you sign into your account online. Now we have a gift card, but you can't use gift cards online, we have to drive to the store to order. I generally like their selection better than HD but dealing with them ends up being such a hassle (and HD is closer to home.)

Allie and Emma are absolute rockstars. Their customer service is on another level, and their ability to turn what’s usually a frustrating return into a genuinely positive experience is incredible. No matter how upset or stressed someone may be walking in, when these two are behind the till, they leave smiling. Professional, efficient, polite, and second to none when it comes to customer satisfaction. They don’t just do their jobs they set the standard for what exceptional service should look like. Most terrible store service in Kelowna
Nobody is willing to help or load stuff on the morning,computer is crashed every single morning,ask to talk to manager She did come over to see me and yes She committed that this was going on for 3 weeks,the managers excuse was a person out of Vancouver did have to come out to look at the problem,
I advice visit other stores in Kelowna that have a much better service.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?

When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
