    Our original delivery was messed up, the couch was set up with broken a leg, table set was missing pieces. And now when we try to use cleaning warrantee we get a run around and soap sent in the mail, we were specifically told they would come and clean the couch, this feels more like dealing with a used car dealer at kia

Yolanda, the sales associate, was wonderful to work with—knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me to the right piece. Delivery arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. The only hiccup was that the dresser wasn’t unboxed as discussed at the time of purchase. After a quick follow-up with customer service, the issue was addressed promptly and the delivery team returned later that same day to complete the unboxing. While it wasn’t completely seamless, I was impressed with how quickly the situation was resolved. Great service recovery goes a long way, and I’d definitely consider shopping here again.

    My experience was average from this establishment. I purchased a table that was on sale almost a year ago. Besides the average customer service my experience was fine. However they have been aggressively calling, texting and emailing me for months now. It’s impossible to opt out without calling them, and it was required for my purchase to provide my information. It’s the most aggressive sales I’ve ever seen from a company and downright frustrating. I’ve actively told friends to be aware of this tactic prior to shopping with them.
