Easy process to purchase the mattress we wanted, there was a screw up with the order the salesman somehow made a mistake and they called us to pay more, he was a new salesman and not quite up to speed on the billing process, but still a good deal.

Delivery was efficient and effective, the driver and helper were very experienced and knowledgeable from previous moves in to the building for others. The items’ packaging generally had a light dusting of dirt on them; maybe the truck insides were not so clean. Also one heavy cardboard box package was not carefully leaned up on a wall with a swinging motion, leaving a dirt mark that needed to be cleaned off.

Fantastic experience! I had Jordan as my salesman he was incredibly helpful, explained everything thoroughly, completely transparent, and even after I left the store he continued to answer all my questions and worked hard to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely be using him for any future purchases. I had also spoken with a few customer service representatives that were incredibly helpful. They easily answered all my questions and even accommodated my last minute changes to my order. They had an amazing attitude the whole time, I’ve never had a better experience with a customer service department.

The older gentleman was amazing. He was friendly. He had a smile, and a tiny conversation,, but the other one, ,, not a smile no hello no nothing,,, Sorry to make this comment,,,,, but I’m a very friendly person and accommodating where I can,,,,,, but that was a no go for me.
Well, ,,,,,he didn’t like his job this morning….I hope the next customer has a little bit better because I had no interaction with him whatsoever.
For me being in customer service for over 25 years and now retired, A smile goes a long way!!

This is a public service review, we purchased a brand new expensive dishwasher before Christmas, we also purchased the no hassle installation from the brick, the dishwasher was delivered and installed, I didn’t notice until after the installer left that the door would just free fall open, so the cable on the brand new dishwasher was broken, we called the installer and he said it was not his job to check if the dishwasher was defective, we went into the brick the next day only to be told their techs do not work on dishwashers for liability reasons, so they third party the installation which is why the installer doesn’t even check if it is in good working order, after going back and forth with he brick and being told “maybe you could just try and fix it yourself” we asked to just exchange it since it was delivered broken, they didn’t want to and I am pretty sure I would have to pay delivery again so be aware of that, currently they contacted a Samsung tech to replace the cables, so just to summarize, we brought hard earned money into a business, we purchased a brand new dishwasher, it was delivered broken, we then spent two weeks going back and forth to get to a resolution and now we are waiting on parts, almost 2 months later and we have to use a chair so the door doesn’t free fall to the ground when the wash completes, there is no sense of urgency to correct this, it’s just our problem, we paid full price for problems, I am sure this will be resolved and the dishwasher will be fixed but that’s not the point of this review the point is to just say out loud my experience because it is insane as consumers the price we pay for goods and services and the actual service we get and retail wonders why they are failing to digital, if I have to deal with Samsung why do I even need a brick.

Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
