Delivery was punctual, tracking delivery was in real time. The men that delivered were very polite and kind. One of them even remembered my couch that he delivered from the Brick almost a year ago and asked how I was enjoying it.

Shortly after you pass the 90 day return policy, you should expect the $1400 bed and $225 Cosmo pillow to both turn into bricks, at which point you're redirected to the useless warranty process...
Wish I remembered my problems with the Brick 20 years ago before trying again, and bed manufacturer warranties are total crap, our bed has a huge hump in the middle, we both feel like we roll off the sides at night, but the warranty is a hassle and a half and my expectations are exactly what the end result was 20 years ago... Sorry, the micrometer we use to invalidate your warranty says that you're not uncomfortable enough yet, keep trying
Ps, Cosmo pillow warranty is that they give you a replacement pillow that will also turn into a brick.

I came in looking for a new mattress, Frank was my salesman and he was absolutely amazing.
From start to finish there was no pressure or feelings of obligation for anything. I was very happy with the service and came back the next day to see him and purchase the mattress & pillows I had chosen.

We were there on boxing day and were able to pick out and Order very quickly only reason this is four stars instead of five is the amount of time we have to wait for our chairs to be delivered. Sales staff was amazing our couch was delivered professionally quickly and courteously in record time but our chairs are not going to be delivered until the end of February. And that's a little disappointing but the sofa is amazing!

I purchased a sofa two months ago and it finally arrived December 4th. I only was given a copy of my receipt and they had not outlined a no exchange/return policy to me. I phoned The Brick today and advised them I have used the sofa for a week and it is a recliner sofa. It is causing me discomfort in my shoulders and lower back. I now have to go to massage therapy. They told me I would get used to it. I only tested it out in the store a couple of times, so how was I to know it would be uncomfortable just using for one week. They said it was not their policy to exchange something that was uncomfortable. So I am now stuck with a $2,000 sofa that I cannot be comfortable on. They told me today to read the "policy" on the Website today. Then as of today's date, December 15th, 2025 they emailed me the whole copy which I should have got in the first place. How would I know to look for this on the website. They never said anything about this. They also said the sales rep would have told me about no exchange, etc. - nothing was said as my sister was with me at the time of my purchase. It is "their" policy which unfortunately I was not made aware of in the first place. Customer service has gone out the window in this store. Pretty sad.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
