Probably the worst location to buy anything, ever. Several people in the store go out of there way to avoid helping. Paint desk will put you on hold for 45 minutes then hang up on you. Leave phone ringing for 35 minutes straight. Endless loop of phone transfers.Terrible customer service everywhere except the contact sales ladies.

3 visits to get keys cut and ended up without any keys.
1st visit: waited awhile for help, someone helps me and cuts incorrect keys
2nd: no one on staff willing to come and help my re cut new keys
3rd: waited 20+ min for someone to inform me Rona does not have these keys in stock and then get a refund.
Wasted over an hour of my time and did not solve my problem.

Multiple experiences with frustrating results, but today was the push over the cliff. Online hours say open to 6. Show up at store to see a simple 8.5x11 printout, not on the main doors, saying they’re closing at 5 (it was 5:06). I was not the only one shaking my head out of frustration. I guess I should have listened to the customer service person who once chastised me about starting projects on Sunday nights. Well, time to head over to Home Depot.
Cue: cookie cutter response saying ‘sorry for your frustrating experience…’

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
