  I appreciated the salesman's depth of knowledge about the furniture. We ordered a bed, adjustable base and a couch but when it arrived, the bed base wasn't working properly and one of the arms on the couch was a bit loose. So, I was a little disappointed to have to wait for a technician to come to inspect both pieces. Hopefully, these aren't going to be difficult issues to fix or difficult to replace if not fixable.

  Order was quicker than estimated, delivery people brought it to the rooms upstairs as needed, all went well and quickly.

  I was so pleased with the service. The young man took the chair out of the box, screwed the legs on and took the empty box and plastic with him. I am 85 and I appreciated their extra service so much.

  6 months for the full sectional couch delivery is madness. Step 1. May 26- order sectional couch while being told verbally and on receipt 8-12 weeks because you didn’t want the blue floor version colour. Step 2. Call at 12 weeks and told couch is ready to go so have it delivered. Why am I having to call to find this out Step 3. August 31- Have couch delivered minus the corner chaise. Call and get the answer “it’s because you had a custom order”. They don’t bother telling you these things when confirming your couch is ready for delivery Step 4. Call after 3 weeks to be told it’s ready and to set up delivery. Why am I having to call them? Step 5. Sep 25- wrong side of couch for corner chaise delivered. Call and are told they will have the correct one shipped asap. Step 6- call after 2 weeks to be told it’s ready and ready and to set up delivery. Step 7- Oct 16- completely wrong piece delivered. (Square corner instead of arm chaise). Called and had manger claim it was a simple mistake but also made a point of saying this is a custom couch which is why it has taken so long. Yet somehow the edmonton warehouse has had numerous incorrect backups ready to ship to me. Discussed with management that I was tired of having to track down the furniture and set up delivery and requested tha Leon’s contact me once it’s ready for delivery. Had to call again 2 weeks later. First Lady was confused by what she was seeing on computer and said she would call back but never did. Next day called again and go figure it’s in warehouse ready to be shipped. Step 8- November 6- last peice of couch finally delivered. Save the headaches and shop anywhere else. For comparison. We furnished our upstairs living room from Scan Designs. All custom fabrics which you pick in house, they contacted us as soon as it was ready and both chairs + matching couch were delivered in less than 2 months. This company is not the Leons we grew up with. Fb market place is a safer bet

  Terrible experience with this Leon’s, they initially were going to charge for delivery even in a 5500 dollar bill. They use a third party delivery that can’t keep within a scheduled time. I won’t use this furniture store ever again.
