When it was discovered the item had actually not been scheduled as promised, they did everything in their power to have the dresser delivered on the following day. They were courtesy and very obliging. Even tho the error was theirs, I can't fault their customer service.

Price just dropped $240 from what I paid and they won’t honor new price even though the couch I hasn’t even been delivered yet because it’s outside of their 30-day price match window. I’d understand if I had the couch already but I’m still waiting on delivery. I haven’t even got to enjoy it for those 49 days and they won’t honor the new price. Terrible customer service.
