They removed all the packaging before bringing it the house. Not a mark or scratch on the sofa or walls. They were polite, friendly, and professional.

First recline and a screw fell onto the ground from an unknown location. Chair wobbles. Contacted Leon's. They said to send pic of screw and video of wobble. A technician will come have a look within the week supposedly.
