  Loved it, got what we were looking for. Staff was very helpful, looking in the back for the quantity of chair pads we needed, going above and beyond.

  The store was super busy when I was in today. Amy was super nice and helpful even though she was helping 3 different customers at once. She given sufficient time in between me and another couple looking at bar chairs to help all of us find what we need. She finish helping that couple with their order and give me full attention to finish my shopping list from dinning table sets to bookcases. Amy was professional and super helpful with great ideas and knowledge on her products. I would definitely come back here for other furniture needs and ask for her advice anytime!

  Had a really bad experience this morning when I went to buy the Concord vanity. Amie, the so-called manager, was very rude about a price match and a price that had been committed a week back, which is a regular practice in business. The cashier was polite and sweet and tried to do his best, but she was really hell-bent on creating a negative experience for us. Businesses should be careful when promoting or hiring such people, as they can create a poor experience for customers.

  My daughter had her heart set on a specific bed. After several setbacks, she has it in her room now, not built yet but it's here! In spite of my vehicle being too small and the company computer network going down at just the wrong moment, the kamloops Jysk store did everything they could to help us. I am very appreciative. In addition, the employees at this store are amazing for being so calm and collected when their computers went down and one customer got upset. They handled the situation beautifully and they deserve recognition.
