- MMMom4 days ago5.0My daughter had her heart set on a specific bed. After several setbacks, she has it in her room now, not built yet but it's here! In spite of my vehicle being too small and the company computer network going down at just the wrong moment, the kamloops Jysk store did everything they could to help us. I am very appreciative. In addition, the employees at this store are amazing for being so calm and collected when their computers went down and one customer got upset. They handled the situation beautifully and they deserve recognition.

I could hear some people yacking loudly and when I went to look for some help, there were 3 staff members just standing around talking. As soon as they saw me coming 2 of them walked away. The clerk that stayed came and helped me when I asked for help. She was helpful though
