  Attended this business a month in advance to secure a storage unit for a household move. Found a unit and left my contact info. I specifically asked the girl working if she needed a credit card to secure the reservation and she stated that my contact info was all she needed. I then got a call a week and half later stating that another customer was interested in the same unit and that I had 48 hrs to pay for the unit. I could have paid for the unit when I was there the first time. So thanks Budget. I live in Surrey and I love travelling over the Coquihalla in the winter for an absolutely avoidable reason and for zero compensation. It’s exactly like that Seinfeld episode: they know how to take the reservation but they don’t know how to hold the reservation. Not a good start to a long term rental situation.

  Fair price and safe storage for excess stuff ;) the codes to access change often for security and the location is gated after hours. Staff always ask identifying info before giving codes. I feel my belongings are safe there.
