  I would not recommend Budget Blinds. The customer service started well, and I was connected with Karen, who called me. Every opportunity Karen has, she makes snarky comments about my accent, which I find not only disrespectful, rude but also unprofessional. We were looking to change the motorized blinds that stopped working. I was connected to Lianna, who emailed me and told me they had ordered a replacement remote for the motorized shade. The following day, I was advised that the original remote was out of stock and that the Karen who was the original sales consultant will reach out to me for options and a cost for a new shade at 30% discount. I followed up with Karen with calls and emails, and she never responded nor got back to me. I guess the "job" wasn't worth their time. I don't recommend them and Karen, go read up about linguistic racism and do BETTER!!

  Thank you Budget Blinds team for a wonderful and worry free experience. Thank you, Karen for listening to our vision and budget regarding our home that was being built. You took the time to visit the home in mid construction, then presented exactly what we had in mind at our consultation. We know it wasn't easy to gain access and we appreciate your efforts and accomplishments. Thank you Mark for your patience and understanding when it came to installation. There were numerous delays and again, difficulty contacting trades for access. Your install was quick, tidy and perfect. You truly care that the customer is happy with their purchase placement and appearance. Everyone involved from budget, in our long delayed journey with this home, have been more than friendly, understanding and professional. We thank you all for your efforts and assistance.   I have used Budget Blinds, Kamloops to install countless blinds in various houses I have lived in, and from the initial consultations to the installations, professionalism has always been part of their business ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend Budget Blinds - I firmly believe they are the best in the business. And of course kudos must go to Mark, the master installer who always does a fantastic job!

  Budget Blinds did a great job adding 10 new blinds to the house. Karen was the best helping us pick the right product and Mark did a wonderful job with the install. Would use Budget Blinds in the future for sure. Thank you Budget Blinds
