- TTTony TakacsDec 8, 20251.0Tried to return a couple vents that were bought online my online order said that they could be returned at any Rona store. Well Rona in Fort st john has a policy that they don't accept online orders for returns and outright refused to take them back even with the receipt. Thanks for nothing we hauled them all the way up from Chetwynd. Won't be shopping there anytime soon anymore.

Maybe get ur staff to actually watch cameras or install more cameras rather than harassing general customers without reason. For all the welders. ( light sensitivity) and those with just regular prescriptions, this is ridiculous.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle.
