Dave and his team are fantastic, great service and knowledgeable staff. They have helped every step of the way, Jim in service providing tips and tricks to balancing water and maintenance, best set up team in the business. Angie in the office providing great customer service on water testing and helping with all the chemical needs etc. So all in all Dave and the Snow Valley team have to be recognized for their efforts. Please shop local and you won't regret it. By the way our tub is solid, no issues at all...the Moore's
