I ventured out with my family, bless their hearts, to find a sweet little something for the new baby's room. Well, I needed a hand reaching something on a high shelf, and this Donna, with her dark blonde hair, had the nerve to give me a snarky look and comment on the item I was grabbing. And to top it all off, the poor dear smelled like she hadn't seen soap and water in ages! I was so taken aback by her rudeness and lack of hygiene. Honestly, I've never been so insulted in my life! After that incident, I just decided to leave. I'm taking my business elsewhere!

Right as we walked in, Michelle at the front was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! She greeted us with the biggest smile and made such lovely conversation. She gave us all the information we could ever need and more — honestly just wonderful service!! We will definitely be back lol!! 😊 P.S. a raise is needed!!! 😊🥰

Extremely inconvenient and cost me money in fuel and my time. Double check their work to make sure it’s done right because they cannot do it themselves.
