I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery service for my recent bedroom set order. I received a call saying the delivery team would arrive in 20 minutes, but they did not show up until two hours later. When they finally arrived, the delivery person was rude and unprofessional. He refused to bring the mattress upstairs because it did not fit in the elevator. I offered to help carry it up the stairs (just one floor), but he completely dismissed my suggestions.
Without asking for permission, he entered my home and went straight to my bedroom to take pictures of the dresser that had been delivered. His attitude was disrespectful, and he even raised his voice at me inside my own home. When I contacted your office to ask what could be done, I was told that if I returned the items, I would be charged 25% of their total value, which I found very discouraging.
In the end, we had to lift the mattress through the balcony ourselves. Additionally, the delivery was incomplete as the mirror was missing. I was told it would arrive later, and then received a call saying it would be delivered within 10 minutes. However, it never arrived. We don’t know if it was left outside the building or if the driver simply decided not to deliver it, but we were never notified of anything. The mirror was never delivered.
I hope you take this matter seriously and ensure that future customers do not experience this kind of service.

They didnt have a display model of the power lift chair I wanted at my local Brick store so I couldnt try it out. I went ahead and ordered it online. It was perfect. The delivery drivers that brought it to our apartment were so kind. My husband wasn't sure how to put the back on the recliner and 1 young man did it for us. Looked like he'd done that many times. Im so grateful to have my new chair. A power lift chair helps so much when you have mobility issues.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
