  I recently received my sofa from Leon’s Furniture and overall I’m very happy with it. It’s very comfortable, soft, and the quality feels great. I also had a great experience with the salesperson, Mehdi, who was very patient and helpful. He took the time to explain different options, gave great design suggestions, and really tried to help me find the best choice within my budget. The delivery was on time, and the delivery team was polite and professional, which I really appreciated. The only small issue was that since the sofa is white, the back got a stain during delivery, and I’m not sure how to clean it yet. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

  This company admitted to making an error in a delivery schedule and would not honour their commitment, despite having a truck available for delivery. We are out of pocket and they are unwilling to have any discussion about how to make the situation right. Be careful when doing business here!

  I previously be bought a couch from Leon's and this was my first time purchasing appliances. I was not disappointed! Nas delivered my washer and dryer. He went above and beyond to successfully remove my old appliances. The washer and dryer unit also came in the box so I was assured that I received a new set.

  The sales person Sean was great. He had memorized most of the measurements of all the couches and was able to easily tell you how much space each piece would add up to. It made it easier to choose what couch and what arrangement would fit. He always kept us updated about our delivery. Unfortunately our couch was delayed months. Like 4 months. This was very disappointing. Im not sure what hapoend exactly. If the couch was oversold. If it was the manufacturer. I dunno. I know things happen, but this really will make us worry about buying from Leons. Also the delivery guys were supposed to unpack the couch and take the garbage. They did not. I couldnt remmber if there were supposed to or not...as we waited 4 months and I forgot what was told to me. So we were left with the work. Iam happy with my couch. And Leons offerd a small compensation for the delay. So 4 stars good. 1 stars off for the delay and delivery.
