  We had a wonderful experience at JYSK Coquitlam today! A big thank you to Vaishali for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure we felt comfortable with our choices. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about customers and goes the extra mile to make the shopping experience enjoyable. Thanks again, Vaishali — you made our visit truly pleasant. We’ll definitely be coming back!

  This is the 3rd time we are at the JYSK Coquitlam and the staffs here are extremely helpful, especially Tiffany who helped us this time for the dinner table and chairs, and arranged the delivery for us.

  I had a great experience at JYS on United Blvd thanks to Sashi! I purchased six ADSLEV dining room chairs yesterday (March 17), and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt confident in my choice without any pressure. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, which isn’t always the case when furniture shopping! Thank you, Sashi, for the excellent service—I’m really happy with my purchase and will definitely be back.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Coquitlam JYSK store. I bought a mirror from the Richmond location a week ago and the staff there sent me to Coquitlam to pick up the mirror. One week later, I called ahead to confirm that the mirror was ready to pick up before making my way there from Vancouver. The staff had confirmed so My friends and I drove all the way from Vancouver to Coquitlam on a Sunday to pick it up, only to be told upon arrival that the mirror was broken and not available. The store manager came over and talked to us, when I asked what could be done about it, she said “all we can offer is a $5 courtesy” or come pick it up in a few days again, The manager was not helpful and said “what else do you want me to do?” This is completely unacceptable given the time, gas, and effort involved — for three people making a special trip all for NOTHING. 100% not recommended, terrible customer service
