  Today, I vacated my unit in Sentinel Storage at Barnet Highway location after approximately 3 months of rental term. I am quite pleased with my experience there. The staff is brilliant. Special thanks to Soheil who went the extra mile to gain me as a new customer. He showed me so many options without hesitation to provide the best service which will suit my specific needs. He explained all the terms of the contract quickly and very efficiently. During my rental period everything went uneventful. I very much appreciate the communication which confirmed the rental status and the prompt confirmations of the changes/happenings. I also very much like the reminder emails which leave no gap for misunderstandings. There are lights available inside the units. The environment is clean and tidy. The doors open easily. You can use a disk lock or a cylinder lock or both. There are also some imperfections, which are in my opinion room for improvements: The lack of public washroom was not the best experience. There is the loading bay inside the building which is very nice when the weather is not the best. However, it creates a bottleneck when multiple tenants try to load/unload especially when the parked vehicle goes a little beyond the parking border lines. The carts are parked in the loading bay occupying very valuable space. The finished floor of the building and the road surface has a level difference about an inch which creates difficulties to get in with the cart full of load on top of it. I believe it is big enough bump to disturb the balance of the load. The handles for the metal platforms cant be fixed. If you need to lift the cart a bit, the handles get off the platform very easily and then you have a loose loaded cart: It was the not the best experience. In my opinion the corridors are narrow. Turning left/right with a loaded cart is difficult. It is so probable that you hit the walls when turning.

  Sam the store manager was more than helpful! From the beginning till the end she made this process very easy and smooth. After loosing our father and having to find a place for his stuff in a pinch and then picking it up she was very helpful and kind! Need more Sam’s in this world !

  Very positive experience at the Barnett hwy location. Sam , the manager there is too notch. Well informed, friendly, courteous and efficient. The current price breaks makes it a great value. I signed up on the spot. Accessible hours and infrastructure are so much more convenient than most. Highly recommend!

  Great experience with Soheil today — very empathic and caring person. Answered all questions, explained all important conditions in plain words and patiently guided through the process without pressure or unnecessary upselling. This is first time I use storage services and I definitely see a reason why this place has high ratings, it is absolutely hard earned and well deserved.

  I would like to share that I had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with Sentinel Storage. I had a conversation with most wonderful, beautiful, considerate, and understanding woman ever- her name is SAM and she helped me SO much and I appreciated her very much, she was just a blessing to have her on the phone, and have a wonderful and comfortable, loving conversation. Such empathy SAM displayed . I would recommend this storage unit to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and understanding THANK you SAM so much..
