  We had such a nice experience here! May was so sweet and patient while helping us choose our furniture. She made everything easy + delivery guys were fast, careful, and super helpful. Really happy with our purchase. Thank you!

  I purchased a sofa from Leon’s and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the in-store experience seemed acceptable at first, everything became problematic after the purchase. Communication was poor, follow-ups were lacking, and the issue was not handled in a professional or responsible manner. Buying furniture should be a simple and stress-free process, but instead this turned into a frustrating and time-consuming situation. The lack of accountability and proper after-sales support was very disappointing. Due to the absence of adequate support, I was ultimately forced to escalate the matter and file a complaint with Consumer Protection. Leon’s seriously needs to improve their post-sale service. A sale should not end once payment is made — how a company supports its customers afterward is what truly defines their reliability.

  Delivery of the sofa was performed well by the crew who were contracted. Nice guys and quick service. What lost the 5th star was poor driving that damaged a rock wall in our driveway… with no acknowledgement by the delivery crew. Watched them get out and look at it, but nothing was said during the delivery and no attempt by crew to reposition rocks knocked off the wall. Make a mistake, own it.

  DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM LEONS! My partner and I bought a large sectional from them. When it arrived it was missing part of a console part. But right away the buttons on the cushions of the couch all started falling off. The issue with the buttons as well are that they are sewn into the cushion to keep the shape and integrity of it, it isnt just esthetics. Regardless when I contacted them with the concerns, they seemed annoyed, then shared that they would have a tech come out to inspect the cushions from LEONS. They did not send anyone from Leons, but sent a contacted handyman to look at the couch and cushions. He told us that the extensions on the consoles were a fire hazard and all the cushions needed renewing because they had used all thread that was inappropriate and would not hold the cushion buttons. He then proceeded to take them all off and sew them in. He was not instructed to do this by me, and now the cushions do not look unison or nice as they have been sewn and some poker more than others etc. After multiple conversations with Leons, they agreed to contact the manufacturer and replace all of the cushions. I have been waiting for updates from them for months on end and they keep delaying, stalling, not communicating. I would say that they are absolutely unprofessional, disorganized, and I am having to escalate the issue. They have not been helpful and sold us deffective furniture, since day 1. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else, save yourself the headache. Very disappointing and still waiting for a resolution. When I say this has been going on for months I mean close to a year.
