Luckily we went to Leon’s and talked to Sean J. who gave us a few options and helped us with the search (we had very strict criteria: size, colour, functions). Unfortunately, it had to be a special order that could take up to 6-8 weeks. Fortunately it arrived in two weeks and was delivered to us with no problem at the day and time that were convenient for us. The whole process from start to finish was quick, professional and transparent. Thank you guys for such a great service. Serge & Oksana

The moment I stepped into the store with my friend- we were greeted warmly by Angela and she really gave us a 5 star experience. Through all my purchases and to final delivery, Angela has guided the process and even went above and beyond to ensure I got all my deliveries. She would communicate very fast and effectively on anything that would be beneficial to me and would respond to all my concerns, enquiries and feedback at any time. I can say without a doubt that her customer service and experience is what made me purchase so many items and get my money’s worth. Thank you Angela and the entire team. All my post delivery issues were sorted swiftly and I’m glad everything turned out great.

I purchased a sofa and a chair 5 weeks ago from Leon's New West/Coquitlam store and my chair has not been delivered yet. I have had to visit the store multiple times and call them infinite times to get a delivery slot. I don't recommend purchasing any goods from Leon's unless you enjoy suffering long hours talking to their automated voice service.

We bought a couch along with an extended insurance plan that was heavily pushed by the sales staff. The insurance was sold with clear promises that any damage or issues would be covered and taken care of without hassle. When an actual issue occurred, everything changed. The store manager was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in standing behind what was sold to us. The insurance partner flat out refused the claim, contradicting the promises made at the time of purchase. We were bounced back and forth between the store and the insurance company, with neither taking responsibility. Selling extended insurance with misleading assurances and then refusing to honor it is unacceptable. This feels like a deliberate tactic to upsell customers with no intention of providing real coverage. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing furniture or any extended warranty from this store. Once they have your money, customer service and accountability disappear.
