I purchased a customer-returned Full size mattress from the Outlet section, but before I could arrange to bring it home, store staff discovered that it was actually a Queen size mattress. I didn't need that size so staff efficiently processed my refund (note that it had not left the store). A few days later I concluded that I did actually need a new Full size mattress, and went back and purchased a brand new one. Staff member Lovenia was especially helpful at several points in my mattress saga, including ensuring that I had a mattress protector, and that it was on the same receipt as my new mattress, for warranty purposes. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience surprisingly painless.
