- DDDaWabbitApr 22, 20261.0Lumber yard is messy and lumber is warped, it is difficult to find straight or nice looking wood. Also there is damage on to much of the wood. Often slow or no one working at the check out for the lumber yard

- JRJamie RoseFeb 6, 20261.0I was looking for a paint for my car and the guy knew Im waiting for a long time already. I saw him talking to this other customer and taking time. He also went to look for some items. And Im still patiently waiting. By the time he is able to talk to me, all he has to say was I should come back next time when it is not raining because he said he needs to scan my car color and if its raining his scanner wont work. He could have told me that earlier and not let me waiting for long! Then I came back when the weather was nice. But he is not there. This other guy said he could just see the paint code on my car door so he will know what is the exact color. So, right away he went and look at my car door. Then he ordered my car paint. When I came back to pick up the paint this same first guy is there. I mentioned to him that the other guy said he could just look at my car door for my paint code. And he said "oh Im not sure but scanning is more accurate. So I asked him if he could scan, and he said "oh not when theres only two of us here". I almost tell him the guy yesterday went very wuick to take a look on my car paint. Plus theres no other customer that time. Well, dont know. Maybe he is just lazy?

How do I find a product online?
Search using a keyword, product's name, Rona’s article number, and brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse the department to shop Rona’s large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. What are the terms and conditions of making payments online?
You can use a Mastercard, Visa or Rona credit card to pay for your purchases online — by entering the cardholder name and address on the account statement when you make your purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
When you receive an email from us telling you that your order is ready for pick-up, simply go to your selected store and locate the pick-up zone poster. You must bring your identification.
When my order is ready, how long will I have to pick it up?
After you receive the email confirming that your order is ready, you will have 7 days to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within this period, we will cancel it and refund you on your credit card.
