We were happy with the delivery people of the washer dryer….
It only took 8 weeks for the Brick Warranty to finally get us our replacement…probably won’t deal with the Brick again…

Always great service at the Brick Campbell River. I love that if you get an extended warranty, you can use that same amount as a credit if you don't use the extended warranty before it ends. We recently bought several hundred dollars worth of items for very little thanks to the warranty expiring on furniture we bought 5 years ago. No issues at all with the original furniture and now we have upgraded coffee table and side tables!

I ordered a bed frame online that was meant to be delivered on the 29th of November.
Once the order was made,I received a pushy phone call to purchase warranty.
When I refused to purchase the dodgy warranty, then I was informed that I have to pay about $300 dollars for the delivery and setting up the bed.
The delivery happened two weeks late.
On the day of delivery, the lead delivery wouldn’t set up the frame, until I insisted.
Midway through setting up the bed frame, he called his boss, who asked them to abandon the set up ,midway.
They only completed the set up after I threatened legal action.
The set up was done in a hurry, with shaky frame ,and I have to readjust and tighten the bolts myself.
The customer service is appalling.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
