First delivery failed due to an injury on the team but they called to explain and ask if we would like to reschedule. Of course you would love your new stuff but are sorry someone got hurt and you could understand because they communicated. The delivery fellas came yesterday and they were efficient and courteous and did an amazing job. They had to carry everything upstairs so it was not an easy task. Thank-you for the great service and good prices.

Initially, our very first purchase experience ( 2 leather couches) with salesperson Todd was great but zero follow up from the staff regarding delivery. No apologies when we ended up having to wait additional 2 weeks for our product. Fast forward a few months and we thought we’d purchase a matching ottoman to one of the couches. We understood we would have to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery and at 8 weeks we went to check on ETA. We were told there were no ottomans available at the moment and they’d let us know when the next delivery arrived in Edmonton. We would then have to wait an additional 6 weeks for delivery to their warehouse. Once again, no apologies and a total disregard for our time and investment.
