  I got the sectional of my dreams for under $1000! An easy and stress-free shop from start to finish. The delivery guys were very polite and respectful, and very helpful too :) 10/10 will come back for future furniture needs. Thanks for a great experience all around!

  Found my bedroom set at Lyons Abbotsford at a very good price. Great help from sales staff. Items in stock and Free delivery. The delivery crew were excellent handling items with care. They removed their shoes to protect my carpet. Overall an excellent experience.

  I went in today to the abbotsford location. I told the girl in store I had seen a picture of a (sectional grey and wood legs) advertised and I'd like to purchase it. I forgot to screenshot the picture but I explained exactly what I had seen and even showed her an identical model in store (but it wasnt a sectional) and a picture. Instead of helping me find it she just kept telling me to sit on different sofas to see what I liked lol. I told her I was looking to purchase a sectional with or without the option for a sofa bed plus a bed for myself... she kept walking away, i wasn't sure if I was supposed to follow or not. The whole experience was awkward . Even when I sat down to try and find the picture on Leons site she just kept telling me to sit of different sofas which I found a bit comical. I came in telling the person exactly what I wanted with money in hand and she kept showing the exact opposites... I got a litte frustrated and told her I'd find the picture I saw (even though i showed her the model) and left. Before walking out i even paused and looked back ... I was expecting to buy my stuff lol. I left and on my way home I decided to stop at the Brick, I explained what I was looking for , he even asked me questions which Leon's didn't.. the Brick guy put in the time and got me a sectional identical to the picture i showed the Leons girl. I also purchased mattress, and bed . I hesitated to write this post but considering I walked in pretty much "im here to give you my money " and left with nothing blows my mind. Clearly, this is a coaching opportunity. The girl was very sweet and nice but she just kept walking away casually, and I couldn't tell if she was just leaving or helping. I kept asking her, and I supposed to follow? It was awkward lol . But its sad because I knew what I wanted , I was ready to spend. In the end after trying to communicate and explain, I left and paid more at the Brick where the sales people gave me the time of day. Again, no hate to the girl, she was so sweet but she needs to be coached a little more, for one, dont walk away from people that are mid sentence telling you what they're looking for lol.

  from the moment my Mom and I walked into Leon's we were greeted by a kind and informative sales associate. I asked if they had a specific chair in store that was on sale and he directed us to it. My Mom has mobility issues and is a scooter and he guided us through the store to the chair in a way that was easily accessible for my Mom. he answered every question, did not pressure us or make us feel rushed. I tried out the chair as my Mom was unable to get up from her scooter at the time and we needed to know the specifics of the wall clearance and I reclined it all the way and he put a board against it to act as a wall to see the distance needed. He informed us of the included warranty through the manufacturer for the chair, and explained their in store extended 5 year warranty as well, again without any pressure. he was kind, courteous and fantastic with my Mom. we were initially told that they didn't have the chair in their Delta warehouse and that it would be shipped from Edmonton within a week or two. The next day however we received a call they did have one in Delta and it was delivered in 3 days! Also, communication about delivery window was provided the day before, and the delivery came within that time frame as stated. The delivery men were also kind and quick and efficient! It was a great experience throughout and we will be dealing with Leon's for any furniture needs in the future. The chair is a dream! Highly recommend Leon's over any other furniture store not only for the impeccable service, but also the store layout, quality of the furniture and the fair prices. Thank you Leons, you really helped my Mom!
