    Purchased 1100 square feet of flooring from the Yuma Arizona store, which was supposed to be delivered on 3/5 and was given a 4 hour window. I took the time off work and later get an email stating my tile would be delivered 3/7, and later confirm thru their automated text. As I'm waiting on 3/7 for my delivery window, I check the lowes app and see it's now scheduled for 3/9, now I have to take additional time away from work. I call the store and get passed around to multiple different employees, placed on hold, and ultimately hung up on after almost an hour. I call back to speak with a manager who tells me nothing can be done and he'll do his best to make sure I get my delivery on 3/9. This is very similar to the issue I had when I ordered a new refrigerator a year prior. I would recommend home depot in the future. UPDATE: Delivery arrived on 3/9, Delivery driver asks me if the store called me yet because all my items were not loaded on the truck. Unbelievable. Now I have to take even more time off for a delivery. I call the store only to get transferred around long enough for someone to hang up. Now I don't know when the remainder of my tile is going to come, and I need to count it to see how much is missing. Totally not worth this headache.

    I brought in a light fixture I recd as a gift since I just bought a new home. The new policy is No store credit without a receipt How sad since I had several items to purchase well over the light fixtures price We won't be back.Very surprised at this new policy It's very hard to get customers in the door when there's so many online options to purchase. Too bad Home Depit will now get ALL our business for the new home remodeling we're doing.

    The woman that is assigned to work on aisle 42 the blinds section needs some customer service training. I'm not a contractor and she was very short with her answers to my questions. So I left because she was not very helpful and rude. So I left to Home Depot

    Lowe’s in Yuma, AZ has the worst customer service. We paid Lowe’s to send their contractor to our home to measure our windows for blinds. When it was time to pick a color the contractor said to go to the Lowe’s store to look at the color palette. All I wanted was a visual of the colors as opposed to seeing it on a text. The employee that helped us at Lowe’s handed me a binder for the Levolor Blinds Company when I had told her we were wanting to see the colors offered for the Bali Blinds. She was rude and pretty much told me to look for the binder myself. If she couldn’t find the binder, what made her think I could? When I complained to the Manager, Denise, mind you, she didn’t offer to help us either. Because no one could help us with blinds - I explained, I should be refunded the fee I paid for the measurements. She stated that the contractor had already been to my house. So the contractor measures for you but then the staff is not able to help complete the project, how does that make sense? They lost a sale of almost $700. No big deal for the employees but I hope the owners of this company care. I went to Home Depot. The person that helped us was Javi. He was wonderful. Great customer service, kind, helpful and very personable. If you need window treatments; they’ll take care of you at Home Depot.
