Service was quick, efficient, and the technicians were knowledgeable. I was so relieved to have my washer working by the weekend. Thank you Appliance Solutions, I would definitely recommend!!

- NONate ODec 18, 20251.0This is a scam business. They called me after I reported problems with my ice maker to Home Depot. They immediately told me my warranty was expired, but I have had my fridge just over a month. When I explained this, they immediately pivoted to “if it’s not mechanical they can’t service my fridge”. The whole call they basically were trying to get out of doing any actual warranty work. I’m writing this while waiting to make a complaint with the Whirlpool corporate office. These people are lazy and do not honor the warranty that comes with the appliance.

He diagnosed the problem right away. He ordered the part and contacted me as soon as the part arrived. I really like their constant communication by texting about the arrival time. The technician was on time and answered all my questions. Their service is excellent, and their technicians are very knowledgeable. I always look for honesty, reliability, and experience when I deal with any company. Appliance Solutions really met my expectations. I highly recommend it.
