  Interesting that my last review is gone. RUNNN unless you enjoy paying whatever they decide your rent is that month. First it started at 120 last year this time when we got the storage unit. It was cool for a second than it jumped. They promised that it would stay there by saying a lot of corporate bs they were merging with another company blah blah blah we even got another storage unit. They stopped raising our rent on the first one so we thought we were locked in. Even though the raise was $50!!!!!! I live in two states I run businesses and we had just moved to be honest I wasn’t really paying attention. So when we got the second one and it jumped $100 in three months we literally bought a shed to avoid the storage unit fee and got that one deleted. The unit now has been raised again. $70!!!!!!!! We got a post card saying it was gonna be raised a couple bucks so they lied about that too. This company is the shadiest company I’ve ever dealt with in my life so we will be spending the money to get a U-Haul and go through our stuff finally so thank you for lighting a fire to declutter our lives. We will be going back to public storage they don’t pull this crap. I will happily be joining the class action lawsuit this company by no doubt will have: I’ve rented a lot of storage units in my life and never ever have I had one so disgusting. So shady and so deceptive. You should be ashamed of yourself a lot of Americans are really struggling right now. Do NOt RENt here. I’d rather throw my stuff away than give them another dollar I’m that mad. My first review was removed by the company. I don’t know how they managed to do that. They will reply with the same dry oh please call us so we can make this right. Yeah we did the first time and they didn’t do anything they blamed it on blah blah blah. My daughter is having a baby right now and we have to go through the pain of moving our stuff: good job guys. You should be put out of business I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to never do business with you and I have a very large following. Horrific business practices!!!!!!

  Anthony was very helpful in getting us a storage unit for our daughter. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Being from out of town he really made the experience great.

  Anthony was very helpful and made the reserving process very easy. The storage unit is in a great location from the university of Arizona. The facility is clean and easy to access.
