  I started using ExtraSpace storage the beginning of this year, my whole experience with them has been great…before I got a storage I compared prices and ExtraSpace not only had best rates but it’s very convenient for me to access from my house. The staff has been phenomenal…I was taught how to use the locks as they were new to me, I loaded my unit after office hours and thought I was good but early next morning I received a call advising my unit was not locked properly so I went in right away and sure enough although I had locked unit I neglected to put the hasp in correct position so I could be opened easily. I was so thankful they make rounds of the facility regularly and caught my error. With only being able to access units from inside facility and the climate control I’m very happy with my storage choice and I don’t worry about my things being safe. Thanks ExtraSpace!

  I just needed The storage space for a couple of months while I prepared to move. So I’m only commenting on short term storage experience. I initially didn’t want to leave this review because I don’t want the secret Of this space to get out. 😭 But it’s just not right to gatekeep. That being said, all the extra space facilities are great, but I really like that you can drive into this one. It’s great because if I come late or have a lot of stuff, I still feel like it’s very secure and I’m safe alone because you have to have the code to even get into the “parking space”. The only annoying thing about that is sometimes people park, crazy or leave their car on. But that’s not the facility’s fault. The shape of the building is perfect so it’s like neat little rows, Because some spaces Have twist and turns, but this one is just straight lines. The elevator situation is weird in that I think the elevators don’t connect on the second floor? Something like that. But I got lost the first time here. I forgot to put a lock on my unit When I first got here and the manager noticed and called me To let me know Which I’m sure it’s part of their policy to keep things safe, but even someone Going around daily to check surprised me. The locks at I think all of the extra space facilities are not padlocks, which is inconvenient, But also, it makes the space look very tidy I’ve noticed. Anyway, don’t come here because it’s my hidden gem. But I guess if you want a clean, air controlled, inexpensive unit, then you can go here. 🫠
