Faced with a sudden move and in need of a solution fast, Cade had me completely taken care of within 15 minutes — efficiently walking me through the entire process with patience, warmth, and professionalism that felt rare and deeply appreciated. Beyond the exceptional service, the facility itself is outstanding. The amenities are beautiful, the space is immaculately clean, and the units are impressively spacious. It’s clear that Extra Space Storage takes great pride in maintaining a first-class environment for their customers. What truly sets this location apart, though, is Cade. His kindness wasn’t transactional — it was genuine. He understood the weight of my situation without me having to explain much, and he made the entire experience feel manageable and even comforting. I asked specifically how long before these rates change. I would have kept looking. They assured maybe in 3 to 4 months but just a small jump. I was with them 3 months went from 108 to 188 almost doubled. I called and did get help with rate to 130.00. Im glad for the help or would have moved storages. I will not ne hijacked by a company with huge proce increase. The units are clean, and new. Its nice. The office there on Houghton is great, manager there helped me. Thanks. So beware... if in on a promotion. Don't believe there customer service team. They will jack price up quickly. Best Wishes.
