  The staff makes everything so easy and they are EXTREMELY helpful! Having my business inventory there was the best decision ive made knowing this specific staff makes everything so harmless to get done. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

  Dana lopes was beyond helpful with us i never knew stores could be so. Easy. It was clean, easy access to all my stuff. Knowing that it will all remain safe. I feel comfortable leaving my items in this storage unit clean safe and easy to use really appreciate lil mommas for helping me and my family out !!

  I’m grateful to this company. I feel I have been a good renter. Had a hard time one month and they helped me not get slammed with extra fees, which helped me get back on the right track. Thank you for being understanding that life happens.

  I am really pleased with my decision to store my belongings here of all the places I have stored things at this was the most reasonable I cannot believe the price it was so incredible and it's climate controlled I paid double what I'm paying now for a non climate controlled storage space and it was half the size. They are very friendly here I didn't even have to have any contact with anybody I did it all online and my keys were waiting for me inside my storage unit and the digital access is awesome as well.

  Ok, I love this storage and I often see people walking around cleaning and making sure everything is satisfactory. The units are great and it’s pretty easy to access. The redesigned app makes accessing the facility easy but also I feel like it is pretty secure. However, if I had to say three things, it’s not with the service, but One, the elevator is annoyingly slow. I promise you it takes a full 60 seconds for the thing to close. I know that it’s not a big deal. It’s just so annoying. The second thing is the first two times I was there, I was really confused at where my unit was. I think a map near the elevators or near the entrances with maybe sections or something Would be so helpful. I thought there used to be one, but I guess not anymore? And the third thing is the parking lot. It’s just sloped slightly and the dollies are so smooth that you can’t load or unload a dolly Near your car unless the wheels are perfectly perpendicular because it will roll down the slope and abandon your things or roll Directly into your passenger’s rear door. 🫣 I don’t know what would fix this other than maybe some kind of stopper? Maybe little speed bumps at the parking spots? I don’t even know. Maybe it’s just because I’m slow that I find these inconveniences problematic. But great storage unit.
