Our 14 year old dog had an accident this morning and immediately needed to go the vet at 4am and unfortunately had to be put down. The last thing I wanted to think about was cleaning the carpet and they came out same day and were very sympathetic and got the mess cleaned up asap. It’s the random curveball of life and Christian came and made everything seamless. Couldn’t recommend them more !

Introduced himself, went over what was to be done, gave cost of services to be done. Made certain we knew exactly what he was doing. He was pleasant, friendly and very efficient in his job. We were pleased with the finished job.

When they finished, the carpets in our home were worse and just looked dirty! The carpets weren’t clean, smelled so badly after they cleaned that for two days we slept in the RV. I called Zero Rez and they came to our rescue immediately! They did a great job and the horrible smell disappeared. Not sure what the other company did. We have had our carpets cleaned before and we are meticulous housekeepers! We don’t use shoes in the house and we don’t have pet stains. Whatever the previous company did, the carpets smelled offensive afterwards. Zero Rez came in and took care of our carpets and, when Zero Rez was done, the carpets not only smelled great, the carpets were cleaner and brighter! Thanks to Danny with Zero Rez we are back inside of our home. Thank you, Danny!!

The technician, Owen was very thorough and his procedure was very orderly. He was friendly, thoughtful and professional. I don’t think we could be happier! We have had issues with our traumatized Bulldog. Although I was prompt in addressing accidents, there were areas we hadn’t noticed. Owen explained that there were a couple of ways to handle the areas and he was right! You absolutely cannot tell there was ever a problem. I personally have worked very hard and still not been able to remove all that he was able to do. The picture I attached is how our carpets look when they were first installed, and this is normally a high traffic area and one that our puppy had left some of her anxiety! By far the best cleaning service we have ever had!
