  $1800.00 cost I had my title cleaned and sealed that part of the job was fair but damaged the walls in two places. The damage was small near the tile but nevertheless damaged. I tried to same money and didn't use Steamy Concepts. I also had light colored sofa and one chair cleaned. They could done a better job cleaning the sofa and chair in my opinion. The carpet in had them clean took 6 week and when they bought it back it was folded which is hard on the backing. The worst part of the whole experience was the fact that the carpet smells like a wet dog after bringing it back. I asked ChatGPT what the possible reason could be in any solutions and they said it was not thoroughly dried.

  Christian was our technician and he was great! He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I have MCAS and other chronic diseases and I am susceptible to chemicals. We needed our bathroom grout to be clean and sealed. He had to resurface our bathrooms. The sealant had an acetone smell, I stayed completely away from the areas. He used some fans to dry the sealant faster. By the time he was done with the carpets, the smell of the sealant was gone! The product to clean the grout has an alcohol like smell but it also evaporates fast. I do wear a gas mask for my MCAS but I found it unnecessary here for me. I will continue use their services. As far as the price goes, they were upfront with the charges, you also have to know that the technician has to measure the areas for the grout to be clean, and if resurfacing it is needed, there is an extra charge for that, and either you approve it or not. Simple, ask the prices, get a tentative quote and when you see the technician get over the final quote.

  ZeroRez cleaned 1900 square feet of ceramic tile and carpet, a large area rug, a sectional, and an oversized chaise lounge with ottoman. They also sealed the grout In all the tiles rooms, and applied a non-toxic protectant to the carpeted areas. This is our third time using ZeroRez in the last 5 years and we are always pleased with the results. Also, we were happy to see Christian come to the door this morning as he was the one who was here 22 months ago! He does exceptional work and is both friendly and professional.
