She answered all 1,000 of my questions before, during and after the purchase & installation. The Container Store installer (Nick) did a FABULOUS job... and a shout-out to Pete (the store manager) for personally delivering the hardware to our house when the local delivery company ("Dolly") dropped the ball last minute. Overall, great value for the money and totally happy customers. THANK YOU!! 8-)

- JFJanet FJul 27, 20252.0I love the options but many can be quite overpriced, and it can be hard to find the basics. However most employees can help you find what you need. This store in particular has an employee who works the register who I found to be quite rude. Every time I come in she judgementally scans me up and down, quite unhelpful when asked questions, and she's extremely pushy about their rewards program. I've encountered her 3 times, and she's unfriendly enough I would consider not returning. I can't be sure but it feels like there is a racial component because she was much kinder to other patrons in the line.
