Craig Decker and.Dalton Koskela Worked like a well oiled machine to install the spa in record time and explain everything we needed to know. We are very happy with the quality and function of our spa. Highly recommend this store and brand.
- CKCasey KieftDec 19, 20251.0Bought a hot tub from them on a special sale week. The price was good but the hot tub itself is not holding up at all. We have had a tech out on 3 different occasions to fix leaks and replace jets. To get the tech out to the house takes multiple cals. Today will mark the 4th leak. My 3 year warranty is up soon so we will be up the creak. My advice go with a different company and pay a couple grand more up front.

Jeremy was our sales representative here in Tucson and he was so great, he helped us figure out our dimensions for our yard placement and the whole project turned out great. Craig delivered the tub (with a crane) and the placement was exact and his install team was very professional and easy to work with.

- RBRyland BluhmSep 2, 20255.0WD and his crew came to install our jacuzzi. They did an amazing job! They were on time and communicative about when they were coming and how far out they were. They brought the jacuzzi down to our backyard with ease and made sure it was exactly how we wanted it. WD was extremely informative, he brought a paper and wrote all our information for chemicals we needed and when we needed to put them in. Even left his number just if we had any questions or concerns he could help us. We ran through all the processes and made us feel very comfortable and ready to start using the jacuzzi as soon as we get electrical hooked up. We were so pleased with the entire experience and would recommend to anyone!
