  We have purchased our spa at Sunset Spas almost six years ago and have been extremely satisfied with it. Have always been happy with our experiences whether on the phone ordering an accessory or purchasing a maintenance chemical. Today we were greeted by Jeremy Bigelow. Very pleasant and eager to help. Highly recommend this company when buying a hot tub.

  I have been dealing with associates from Tucson and Phoenix for my spa needs. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for your great customer service Jeremy, Vlad, Tori, Craig and Aaron!!! Oh and Amaya 😊

  Purchased our spa 3 1/2 years ago from Sunset Spa and have always gone back for supplies! Today spoke with Jeremy Bigelow and had a great experience! Will be going back for new filters next week! Thanks Jeremy

  Every time I go into the store for chemicals the staff always asks the appropriate questions to understand what I’m looking for. Today Jeremy gave me some information on the frog smartchlor system and how to help limit over chlorinating.

  My wife and I are extremely pleased about the quality and service of Sunset spas. We just purchased a new spa from Jeremy at the Marana store because of his product knowledge and expertise regarding all the spas Sunset has to offer. Also, the price was way more reasonable than any of the other local spa dealers for comparable spa models. (This was, by the way, our second spa from Sunset Spas and we were very happy about the quality and service with that one as well!). The delivery through Marie was setup up effortlessly and the spa arrived on time and without any delays... Marie has a winning personality! She was so accommodating and patience with us throughout the entire process.. Thank you Marie! The whole delivery team: Craig, Dalton and Aaron were first rate and answered all our questions which greatly put our minds at ease. The service that we received in the past from Amaya was A++ and so, we look forward to working with her again should any issues arise. Again, thank you Sunset Spas for making the whole spa experience a fantastic one!
